Join us for this six-week Vinyasa flow series, led by Fort Worth yoga instructor Julie Vitek. Take in the tranquil views of nature as you enjoy this slow, meditative yoga flow, connecting movement to the breath. You will leave each session feeling relaxed and refreshed, with a stronger connection to yourself and to the world. All levels are welcome. This is a series; single classes are not available.

Wednesdays, March 24, 31, and April 7, 14, 21, 28 (9:30 AM– 10:30 AM)
Registration Deadline: Monday, March 22

Location: BRIT Terrace*
Materials: A yoga mat and any props you wish to use
Price: $75 /Non-Member or $60 / Member (Login to receive Member benefits)

*Due to ongoing social distancing measures, this class will maintain 6' distance between participants and is held outdoors. Hand sanitizer and masks will be available for use while indoors, though masks are not required during the class. In the case of inclement weather, the class will take place virtually using Zoom.



Julie Vitek has her Teacher Training Certification 200 hour Deep Study and Teacher Apprenticeship. She has studied pranayama, asana, meditation, and the chakra system. She teaches conscious, mindful, and joyful flow yoga connecting you to mind, body, and spirit.
