Instructor: Michael Harper is the Head Brewer at Fort Worth's Funky Picnic Brewery. Harper is a drum-playing, mariachi-loving head brewer who studied at the American Brewers Guild in 2013. He is passionate about classic techniques but also loves to experiment with new styles and terroir-based ingredients. When he's not knee-deep in spent grain, you can find him at home with his wife, cats, and pet tortoise.
