Think you can't draw? Let nature drawing change your mind! This workshop is an introduction to the art of nature drawing as a way to develop an informal art practice that connects us with the ecology of the places we inhabit. We'll cover the basics of nature sketching, play some games to sharpen our observational drawing skills, and set out to explore the natural world to fill our sketchbooks with a record of what we see and learn. Students should come prepared to explore the outdoors and be able to carry their art materials with them for sketching on the go. All skill levels are welcome!
